everytime i go to a website with jap txt a screen pops up askin if i want to install a jap language pack, so i think thats wat u need

the 1st sentence is roughly translated to "stay tuned for the date" the 2nd 1 im not sure.
its stay tuned cos i cant think of any text nearest to it.
