Can anyone tell me if DVDs are the same no matter the country? Like, DVDs from Japan can be played in an American DVD player?(even a ps2 P: )
I was just wondering since games are a little different. :| |

Naw, but sometimes if they buy in bulk you get a better price. Or, you know, maybe they have something that isn't moving so they cut the retail price. I'm just crossing my fingers.
