I'M from CHINA and I think I can answer your questions`````
NOW the most popular C-POP singers are JAY CHOU(周杰伦),JOLIN CAI(蔡依林),etc.```` Myself like JAY best and STEFANIE SUN(孙燕姿) is OK,too And I have a strong interest in J-POP,especially HIKKI, Her songs are wonderful!  Quote:

LOL! I understand cantonese and a little of mandarin, but I really wish I could learn Japanese! It's the language I want to learn the most!

i also like c-pop.we have mtv chi at our house so sometimes i watch it.sometimes the music videos make me laugh!i just wish i understood mandarin, chinese, and cantonese!^^

Well I don't think they're the top stars but a good c-pop group is 2R.
They're adoreable and their music is catchy. |

Lolx. I used to wonder about it myself even though I was listening to a lot during that time. It didn't really come to me as easy at J-Pop. C-Pop makes me think of my cereal that I use to eat. Corn pops! :P
