Our beloved Utada just recently purchased a small island off the southern coast of Japan.

Having stated that she was tired of the constant hustle and bustle of metropolitan life, she picked out this island as her sanctuary and plans to retire to it for a few days each month to refresh herself and recharge.

During this time, she has also given birth to new movement and has set it into motion. I hesitate to call it a religion per se, but the more we find out about it, the more that it seems to resemble one.

This movement that people have cleverly dubbed "hikki-ism" centers upon a belief that a divinity can be reached through the experience of music and striving to grow along this path brings one closer to enlightenment.

The name of this new island sanctuary that seems to be the seat of this growing religious movement is none other than...

The Republic of Urakih Adatu
