I think the "Toku" means to clarify? I think the whole context means to tell readers something about Hikki... to Clarify... i guess so...

kind of defines her current image (matured and confident). her image is always changing (really!) with each "era". I admit that i was put off by her image after DEEP RIVER period. I thought her image then was unhealthy and i simply stop listening to her songs till now (HS). haha...but i've learn...
