The CDTV segment didn't look that bad, she just wore too much makeup.

She looked megahot in that Easy Breezy video, I don't know how anybody can say she looked bad there.

I've yet to find a single Hikki pic that she look "ugly" in.
She is gorgeous and photogenic and you will not find many bad photos of her.

I'll go with cover of Heart Station. She looks very tired there. Also both japanese and english cover os Exodus is a bit off in my opinion.

No no, I'm not saying she's ugly - Utada is GORGEOUS. I'm just saying that particular picture is just really awful - the lighting and her pose are just very awkward and don't emphasise her stongest assets (i.e. her gorgeous eyes and her amazing lips).
