Well she keeps changing clothes because i think that they are taken from footage of all the concerts she did cause if im not mistaken then they should have like 5 different concert footage and just put pieces together. I doubt that Utada has some kind of magical powers to change with the snap of her fingers into a different outfit. lol This is just my theory though haha

You can probably find all the footage on youtube.com even though I know it isn't the same as having the actual DVD...
