My best friend showed me this band. I fell in love automatically. I just recommend this to anyone who likes Utada. Its very cheerful and just lovely! I also suggest you do some research on them if you like them alot.

I did a topic on Genki Rockets ages ago. Anyways, their not really a 'band' in reality or even a band at all. Besides those who compose the music, Genki Rockets really consist of Lumi, a fictional girl Lumi's voice is synthesized with voices from several different females. Genki Rockets actually performed live previously, at Live Earth, Lumi appeared as an hologram. I don't know about any recent information regarding Genki Rockets.
For the music itself, the songs are often insanely catchy and the videos are absolutely amazing and colorful. (But every time I watch the PV of "Heavenly Star", I have the urge to watch a-ha's "Take on Me".) I think Star Line/Smile single was a step-down from their first. But their album is really good, check it out if you haven't. |

Yep ... the concept is she is a girl from the future, the first child born in space... Her voice is actually a generated compilation of several people put together.
Love Genki Rockets - first heard them during the Live Earth concerts. look it up on youtube, the performance was done by a hologram. [edit] hahah oops, that was exactly what taiyou said earlier |

umm yes im fully aware of what genki rockets is. thats why i said i recommend you do research if you like it or them. and actually her voice is only composed of 2 singers. She (as in Lumi) is CG....yeah it sucks i was sad.

yes that might be what you believe..but your wrong..2 voices. look it up. also what i meant by it sucks is shes a very beautiful girl i guess you could say. knowing that she isnt real sucks.
