Does anyone have any idea who the opening act will be on this tour, If there even is one?


Who would you like to see open for her?

I in all honesty don't know many Japanese singers besides Utada and BOA

(I fail I know. I', being introduced to some as I continue to read the forums though )

Usually for her concerts, there is no opening act ... unless you count herself as opening for herself

Sorry
I'm obviously a new fan.
I've like her music for a while and only knew her english albums and did not know much about her.

I'm slowly learning and getting to know her as an artist rather then just a singer that I liked.

Its nothing to apologize about.
A fan is a fan. Old or new, doesn't really make a difference. Everyone loves Hikki and her music.

Who knows, it might be different for concerts here in America. In the past with her concerts in Japan, there was no one opening for her. Then again, its probably like that with mostly every artist in Japan.
So its a surprise.

I'd much rather see Hikki perform the whole time

I hope there is no warm up... no disrespect to Mike Rizzo...But the London Gig already has a curfew of 22:00.. ....if they relocate to Shepherds Bush Empire great...

We should all show our suppor to DJ Mike. He replied to several of us when we asked him questions, so it would suck if we didn't show some kind of support to him.

I really hope that when he opens the shows for Utada it doesn't become like when 'the human abstract' opened for Dir En Grey last year in their US tour... I heard that in some places fans booed the opening band. I went to their show last year in November in LA and the crowd didn't booed them but the crowd seriously seemed like statues, nobody was moving, it was complete silence... that alone seemed somewhat disrespectful for the opening band.

The opening act is meant to get us pumped up, so try to get pumped up...

Well, wasn't he working on remixes of Dirty Desire? Maybe he'll open with that or something.
