It's hard to look at her picture, it hurts the eyes 'cause it's so jagged.

mmhmm...
And maybe you should save it at a higher quality because the text is hard to read...like there's a bit at the bottom right corner and I can't even make out what it says

Mmmm...basically just make it more clear and sharp...people don't really like looking at jagged or pixelly images

Are you using paint? 'Cause it looks like it, you should try to get a nice image editing software...there are plenty and you can download some for free online and plus after working a while with them you will get awesome results! ^.^
