Well, This contest is creating a hikki look alike on www.meez.com . But the site is required to register first before making.
If you dont know the "who reffered you" question on the part of the registration question. leave it.

And their! Your gonna choose the gender
Then choose the outfit whatever as it looks..
please leave the background white.

You can zoom it and move it. Left click then drag to face a direction. Right click and drag to zoom in or out.

Get an animation. just like your reference pic. Once got the animation. Hit the "PrtSc SysRq" on your keyboard when you saw the exact look that looks like your ref. pic. Then open up Paint. Paste it there then crop the meez. Upload to photobucket then post it here~ and dont forget your Reference picture to be posted here too.
