The first episode of ?Innocent Love? aired last night in Japan (in first day episode it reach 16.9% viewership ranking), bringing with it some new insight into Utada?s ?Eternally -Drama Mix-.?
The opening featured the first verse and chorus. The sound is a little bit lighter than the original version from 2001?s ?Distance,? with a drastically reduced bassline, more background vocals during the chorus, and different adlibbing between the first chorus and 2nd verse.
