Soooo my hair is pretty much all one length (light layering at the ends) and long (it hits the middle of my back). And I'm pretty tired of it.

I don't want my hair -shorter- really, but I want to add more layers to it. My problem is, I don't know what I should ask for when I go get it cut. I haven't been to a real hair salon in at least 5 years 'cuz my sister always trims it for me.

What would look good? I've also started working out, so I'll lose weight in my face as well as everywhere else. haha.
