In This article the reporter wrote he heard at "Shanghai World Expo" They play song by Utada Hikaru. Not sure the song was [terrible translation tool]

In the article..... He was trying to check other music store if it was play from them, but no Utada Hikaru song were playing. If it is play by Shanghai Expo them self the act were particularly unpleasant said by the reporter.

For myself they should asking before play the song, even tough its still a good promotion for Utada Hikaru . Still they have to ask permission before play it, plus its on such World Expo.
