First off, you don't need to make two threads for this.
Second, if you want to post pictures, post them here.

Finally, here are the instuctions:
1) Upload your pics on a website, something like photobucket or image shack.
2) Right click on the picture you want to post here, click properties, and copy the url.
3) Look at your controls and click on the little orange button next the "manager" button, and paste url there.
