isn't saving the picture in .gif will make it a .gif image...
but if you're talking about .gif animations... i think there are a few freewares available to be downloaded on the internet... or you can just try the trial version... basically it is just putting frames of pictures together and makes it seems like "moving"... hope this helps  or am i even answering what you were trying to mean...  |
