Ready for another treat?
The available contact info for the stations that have played "Come Back to Me" IMPORTANT: In general, radio stations get very annoyed if they suspect "fan clubs" or label plants are flooding requests for a particular song or artist. If a radio station director notices that requests are coming in from outside their local area and not from their actual listeners, it can hurt that song or artist's chances with that station more than it helps. Keeping this in mind, let's follow a couple guidelines for radio requesting: 1. Only call a station on the phone IF you're in their area! They'll often have caller ID and will get very suspicious if they get a lot of non-local area codes. If you do happen to be in one of these areas, then certainly feel free to call! E-mail is OK, just make sure you never mention that you're not in their area if that's the case. 2. For now, I would recommend to not request at stations that have not yet played the song. The song is so new right now that these stations will wonder how you know of the song, and may think that all future requests for the song are just hardcore Utada fans from out of state and ignore them. Just request at the stations listed that have played the song for now. I will keep the list updated as more stations test the song out. Maybe later when the song has had more exposure we can start requesting at other stations. Whew! Got all that? Well here we go! ----- KDDB 102.7 "Da Bomb" Honolulu 808-296-1027 No email found (This is the source of the Rhythmic plays. They've been playing the song nearly 5 times a day. If you're in Hawaii CALL THEM and request!) --The following two stations listed are other pop and rhythmic stations in Hawaii. They have NOT played the song yet, BUT I think Hawaiian stations can be an exception to guideline #2 as KDDB has already played the song regularly and these stations may have an interest in serving Hawaii's large Asian population-- KIKI "Hot" 93.9 Honolulu Request form here (No confirmation page afterward; hopefully it works) 808-296-9494 KXME "Power" 104.3 Kaneohe Request page not working 808-296-1043 --The following are the pop stations that have given the song test spins in the past couple weeks-- KXXM "Mix" 96.1 San Antonio, TX No Email 210-470-5961 Text: 96262 WXXL "XL" 106.7 Orlando, FL Stick@xl1067.com DJ "Stick"s email 407-919-1067 877-919-1067 *This is a toll-free request number.
