The younger members didn't have to view it. I've only seen one girl object to it (not saying there aren't more, but I'm not hearing from them). People who OBJECT to it didn't have to PARTAKE in it. Why is it so hard to get that concept across?

The forums are here for any and all registered users to post in. This is a website dedicated to Utada Hikaru but we do get visitors with other interests as well. There is no reason for people with different tastes not to come to these forums and join in with the conversations. General rules:
#1 Avoid personal attacks. If you don't agree with what someone posted, debate the post... not the person that posted it.
#2 Keep the profanity to a minimum. Keep in mind that this website and it's forums are visited by people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. Many of which do not appreciate vulgar language. So, the less there is, the better the forums are for everyone. Besides... a foul mouth doesn't make you look very impressive. Furthermore, the forum has a automated word censor in place. Any and all attempts to work around the censor will result in a punishment at our discretion ranging from a warning to a suspension of an account.
#3 Try your hardest to post in the appropriate forum. Don't be upset if we move your post to a more approriate forum. If we happen to move a post, don't publically throw a tantrum concerning it. If you have any complaints, please express your concerns with the moderators through the Private Messaging system or through email, do not drag it out into the public. All complaints MUST be made privately and not publicly on the boards. If a complaint is made publicly, this will result in your complaint being deleted and disregarded.
#4 STAY ON TOPIC! When posting in a certain topic, please try to stay on the subject. If you're reading along in the forums and come up with something to say, but it's not related to the subject, please start a new topic.
#5 If you are sharing any media or information here, please include the source; we wouldn't want people taking credit for someone elses hard work.
#6 Do not start trouble. This is a fansite dedicated to Utada Hikaru, do not come here with the sole purpose of insulting her or her fans.
#7 Do not spam. Spam is any thread or post that can not lead to a mature discussion. For example, posting ?Socks!? fifteen times in fifteen different threads is spam. Spam can also be repeated threads or questions that have been asked elsewhere on the same page. While the forum welcomes friendly debate, childish arguments and personal attacks are also considered spam. Spam threads will be closed or deleted. Users who persist in spamming the forums will be removed without notice.
#8 Pornography or other offending material / content will not be allowed in any way, shape, or form.
#9 Please do not share illegal files. That means no sharing anything you can buy. If you like the artist, support them.
#10 Racism, Sexism, Homophobicism and other forms of hate and bigotry will not be tolerated.
That's because there isn't anything about it in the rules. Some would say the thread can be considered sexist, but it just plain isn't. Sexism is discriminatory by nature: there was nothing discriminatory about that thread. It was a thread about appreciation of a woman's breast- that's not sexism, that's nature.
This is why I think there needs to be a reconsideration on Swallowtail's part. I don't even have a personal stake in that thread, but it bothers me that a moderator can delete something they don't like PURELY because they don't like it. It brings concerns to mind. If I create a thread legitimately criticizing Hikki's latest performance is it going to be deleted just because Swallowtail thought she did a great job and doesn't want anyone saying otherwise? As a member, I have the right to know that there is some standard of order around here that protects us from being disparaged by those with the "delete" button over every post just because we aren't their favorites. If not, and if the rules are just guidelines that don't really matter because you can be silenced for virtually anything if a moderator doesn't personally like it, then I'm out of here. :/
And I'd really like to hear from Swallowtail himself. He's got some 'splainin' to do.
