I change subjects a lot in my response earlier. I'll try to clarify. I was responding to a big production dvd vs. "In the Flesh" tour. The "In The Flesh" dvd hypothetically would sell well in the states, but it wouldn't exactly be displayed with a prop of some sort at your number one dvd seller (here it's Hastings). Generally fans would either order it online or request a store to order it(Still waiting for Hastings to get my TITO. Guess I should have chosen Best Buy) and maybe 1 or 2 displayed in the "foreign" section at the store.

A Big production tour would be venues that hold more than 1000 people. Actually more like 10000 people. Theoretically she has this demand in the states, but would all the songs be English? I don't think she could get away with that. My point is to have an English selling DVD over here in the states that would be as large as Utada United was over in Japan, she'd need more English songs.

This is a tough thing to do as any multilingual artist knows. How do you expand your fanbase in America while keeping your fans that like your Japanese music? I think she's done well, but I'm kinda biased. I'm wondering what the people who have only heard ONLY exodus and/or TITO think. I can't speak for them. I've liked her since Ultra Blue.

The other part was about another US tour. If she goes to a larger venue, will MTV in America promote it? Would she have a host of popular artists endorsing her? Would the average radio listener heard of her? These are questions that prevent me from thinking that she could do a HUGE tour right now and have a dvd made from it. Of course my idea of a huge concert might be exagerated because Bonnaroo is about 10 miles from where I live. What do you think?
