One of my favourites from ..Vietnamese Recipes and Cuisines

Ingredients : Serves 4
125 g
1/2 teaspoon
1 clove
1/2 teaspoon
1/2
1 tablespoon
1 liter
1 head
1 block
1 sprig Lean pork, finely chopped
Pepper
Garlic, crushed and finely chopped
Shallot, finely chopped
Small red chili, finely chopped
Nuoc cham sauce
Vegetable stock or chicken stock
Bok Choi, finely sliced
Firm tofu, cubed
Coriander (cilantro) leaves, for garnishing

Method :

Put the pork, pepper, garlic, shallot, chili and nuoc cham sauce into a small food processor.

Process until smooth, then form the mixture into 8 small balls.

Bring the stock to a simmer, add the meatballs. Cook for about 10 minutes.

Add the bok choi. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the tofu cubes and warm through.

Garnish the soup with coriander leaves and serve hot.

And Giga it is so simple and quick to prepare and cook ....Giga ..Red Chilli to taste unless you want a firework display going off in your living room ....

I am going to try abunai?s Lemon Salmon and brown Rice with mango?s and Lime (loved the Pictures of Parker)

And Jackprw1 Fish and Crab Cake recipe sounds delicious ...
