But there was a dish I made once that I really liked O.O

I placed chicken thighs on a pan added a bit of vegetable oil and let it cook.

as it was cooking I added, strawberry jam O.O (grape jam also works)

I mooved it around untill the chicken was fully cooked O.O

the end result was semi-fried chicken with a sweet strawbery sauce ^^ I also added canned mandarines to add more flavor to it O.O
