lolz that's what I explained.
The thing is, if you have downloaded and installed 2 antivirus software programs, they'll each think the other is a virus and it will wreak havoc on the PC. So he should start up his PC on "SAFE MODE w/NETWORKING" (which could be done if he doesn't shut down his PC properly, like pressing the Power button in for 30 seconds) and then download AVG and run it. |
