London was probably an effort to make a potential DVD more marketable. "Utada has fans all around the world!" as opposed to being restricted to the USA.
I do feel your frustration though. Being Canadian, I have no chance of her coming _here_ but it is baffling that she'd do Sephora in Miami and then not hold a concert there. |
