They recently had a redemption not too long ago,(I missed it! >.<") and that was out of the blue, I think there were pretty angry people that didn't know about it so they actually told the members when it was going to be, but you have to buy a chance for the redemption to get stuff, but it is only for the one on the 25th, there will be another soon after for people who didn't want to buy the chances at redeeming earlier.
