I think you should buy on your own country the Single Collection Vol. 2 in order to show to Hikki that she's really supported in your country. But if you also want the Japanese version, then also buy it.
I'mma gonna buy in the Philippines. Already talked to the sales manager of EMI about it and said they are releasing UHSCV2 here in the Philippines (despite the K-Pop craze, oh well, at least they released Tohoshinki and BoA here)!
