It happens during the part in the movie, Rush Hour 2, where you first see Jackie and Chris; when they're rolling around in the car, with Chris trying to learn Chinese.
Right when they pull up to the car with the two Chinese girls in it, if you listen to the music the girls are "blazing", you'll hear that it's "Blow my Whistle." You gotta listen carefully, because it's really brief.
