On March 23rd, in New York, there will be an Album Release party for Utada's upcoming American album. Check out more details here for location, time, etc. It is unlikely that Utada will be making an appearance herself, as she is supposed to be on 'On Air with Ryan Seacrest' in LA on the same day and performing on KTLA the following morning.

Re: Album Release Party in NYC
It's just listening to her songs I believe. and you get stuff. It doesn't say how old you have to be and it's for 3 hours maybe she's flying to new york at night? but that'll take quite some many hours from LA to New York and it get's later not earlier unlike the other way traveling. It probably isn't also because they never said she was going to be at the party. Maybe that's why they used On-hand which is tricky word.
